"Imaginary Creatures" Project
For this project the students had to create their own imaginary creature by using a variety of different types of lines and line shading techniques to create a monster/creature(s) and an environment for them to exist in.

Notan Project
Students created one Split Notan and one Box Notan to learn about the balance of light and dark and the power of contrast that it has.
Still Life Self Portrait- 5 Favorite Things
Students arranged their own still life using 5 objects that had meaning to them. The students then drew them and shaded them in using ebony pencil.
Pop Art- Favorite Food
Focusing on Pop art and taking inspiration from Andy Warhol, the students picked their favorite food/drink and created pop art versions of them. They used acrylic paint and focused on color schemes and color theory.
